Procedures

  1. INTAKE (referral information and files received by Tranquil Living)
  2. SCHEDULE FOR A FREE ASSESSMENT (a nurse will call and schedule an assessment with you)
  3. IN-PERSON ASSESSMENT (a nurse will meet you, review your needs, and coordinate the services)
  4. SERVICE CONSENT (must be signed before start of care)
  5. MEET OUR LINE OF STAFF (staff that will be providing the services will meet with you to ensure we will provide the best quality of care)
